Renesas-based SMARC Modules
Tria offers a selection of SMARC 2.1.1 modules built around Renesas’ RZ MPU families, combining strong performance, low power consumption, and long-term Linux support. Featuring built-in capabilities for embedded vision AI, real-time control, and high-resolution HMI, these modules deliver the cost-effective performance and versatility modern OEMs demand.

MSC SM2S-V2L
Powered by the Renesas RZ/V2L, this module integrates dual Arm Cortex-A55 cores, a Cortex-M33 real-time processor, and a DRP-AI accelerator for efficient on-device inference. It supports up to 2GB DDR4 RAM and 256GB eMMC, and includes interfaces such as dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB 2.0, dual CAN-FD, dual-channel LVDS, and MIPI CSI-2.

MSC SM2S-G2L
Built on the Renesas RZ/G2L, this module features single or dual Arm Cortex-A55 cores, a Cortex-M33, a Mali-G31 GPU, and an H.264 VPU—ideal for rich HMI interfaces and multimedia processing. It offers dual Gigabit Ethernet, USB, CAN-FD, and MIPI interfaces.

MSC SM2S-G2UL
Featuring the Renesas RZ/G2UL, this module integrates a single Arm Cortex-A55, a Cortex-M33, and an Image Processing Unit for basic GUI and display functionality. It provides essential connectivity including Gigabit Ethernet, USB, CAN-FD, and MIPI CSI-2.
All modules comply with the SMARC 2.1.1 standard, making them easy to integrate with SMARC baseboards. For faster evaluation and design-in, we also offer development platforms and starter kits.

RZBoard V2L
The RZBoard V2L is a power-efficient, AI-accelerated development board based on the Renesas RZ/V2L processor. It features dual Arm Cortex-A55 cores, a Cortex-M33, and a DRP-AI engine, all in a Raspberry Pi–compatible form factor with well-supported expansion interfaces.

Tria’s RASynBoard is a proprietary System-on-Module built around the Renesas RA6M4 microcontroller and designed for ultra-low power edge AI/ML applications, offering a compact, efficient solution for next-generation designs.
