CPU Modules
Tria’s CPU modules are the ideal choice when designing future-ready building management applications. They’re compact, scalable, energy-efficient, and enable enhanced connectivity. They’re also fully machine-processible during soldering, assembly, and testing.
MSC OSM-MF-IMX8NANO
A compact, low-power module based on NXP’s i.MX 8M Nano processor, ideal for cost-sensitive, high-volume embedded applications. It delivers scalable performance up to quad-core, offers rich connectivity including Gigabit Ethernet and MIPI interfaces.
MSC OSM-SF-IMX93
A compact, energy-efficient module featuring NXP’s i.MX 93 processor with Cortex-A55 cores and a microNPU—enabling cost-effective, low-power machine learning at the edge. With integrated security, dual Gigabit Ethernet, CAN-FD, and MIPI interfaces, it’s ideal for next-gen embedded AI.
